Reserlutions is a division of IMAM Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a level 1 BBBEE company registered in the Republic of South Africa, which develops solutions for the hospitality industry. IMAM Technologies is currently developing Revenue Management software and a Rooms Inventory Management System which offers multi-property hotels a non-proprietary central reservations platform, and which can also be used as a channel manager and online booking engine.

Reserlutions is the division which offers professional solutions and services to Hotels and Hotel groups.

The purpose of this division is to provide the industry with the benefit of our learnings of more than 30 years. Learnings from having worked with some of Southern Africa's premier hotel groups in the gaming and non-gaming environments where we have been instrumental in laying the foundations of these successfull organisations.

  • Hospitality Consulting: with our extensive experience, we offer services ranging from policies and SOP’s and training thereof; audits and recommendations of SOP’s and procedures; Revenue Management best practices; budget preparations; Marketing planning and execution thereof, to list a few
  • Sales & Marketing Services: these services include the full spectrum of sales & marketing from developing a brand identity to planning and launching campaigns; effective Public Relations; development of collateral and merchandising; strategies for e-marketing, web, mobile, social media, print and radio; and development of loyalty programmes; to establishing sales networks and or infrastructure for the corporate, retail travel agents & tour operators
  • Virtual Call Centre: Virtual Central Reservations; part time agents available to handle overflow calls, support calls, outbound telemarketing and surveys etc.
  • Call Centre Management Software: World class omni-channel customer experience and contact centre solution offering voice, email, web chat & social media management
  • On hold messaging: Take advantage of a captive audience. Communicate general information or specific packages & promotions in an organised and structured manner that will not annoy the caller whilst he/she is awaiting service.
  • Booking Engine solutions: We design and develop booking engines to be on par with the OTA’s; or review your existing booking engine and help you update it, to ensure the hotel's own website is the #1 online channel
  • Hospitality Academy: customised training which covers generic and operational requirements aimed at school leavers for entry level positions in the industry
